Haim was born in Germany to parents who survived the Holocaust. Haim holds a BA and an MA in History and Education. He is a former principal of the Alexander Muss, American High School in Israel, and a former shaliach of the Jewish Agency in Cape Town, South Africa.

Shai lives in Hannaton, where he is a company CFO, accountant and business and financial consultant.

Josh was born in the USA and holds a BA in Economics, and an MBA from the University of Michigan. He has held a variety of financial management positions in public and private companies. Josh is currently CFO of CyberArk Software (Nasdaq: CYBR). 

Itai is the co-founder of Mechinat Hannaton, where he has held the position of director for seven years. Itai has a BA in Israel Studies, am MA in Jewish Peoplehood and is the Educational Director at Diller Teen Fellows.

Rabbi Lesterger heads the Kfar Vradim community. She is a graduate of the Schechter Rabbinical Seminary of the Masorti Movement in Israel.

Mirit is a former Northern District Attorney at the State Attorney's Office. She is an expert in criminal and security law and lives in Hoshaya in the Galil.
