Rav Yoav is a Conservative Rabbi, he has a BA in Israel’s history and an MA in Conflict Management. Rav Yoav led the re-establishment of Kibbutz Hannaton as an egalitarian, diverse community and founded the Hannaton Educational Center with its Gap Year Program. He lives on Kibbutz Hannaton with his wife Shira and their four children.

Moti has an MA in education, with extensive experience in formal and informal education. He led the high school in Meir Shfeya Youth Village and the KKL Orienteering group. Moti wants to ensure Hannaton’s sustainability and spread its spirit widely.

Gad has taught and trained teams in other mechinot, led religious scouts, and served as an educator in diverse educational frameworks. Gad lives in Ma'aleh Gilboa, is married to Hila, and is a father of four children. Gad believes in harmoney between opposites and the need to take the positive from all worlds.

Odelia has experience in informal and special needs education. She has managed employment centers and protected housing. Odelia lives in Kornit and advocates for an education so each student can discover their own potential to contribute to society.

Yisrael is a community social worker by training and a fellow of the Beit Midrash for Israeli Rabbis at the Hartman Institute and Midreshet Oranim. Engaged in informal education, specifically the KKL Orienteering framework. He is married to Lior and they have four children in the revitalized community in Yavne'el.

Yael has extensive managerial experience in the business and social sectors. She lectures at the Haifa Academy of Design and Education and resides in Givat Ada with Ronen and three daughters. Yael firmly believes that equal opportunities will bring a better future for Israeli society.

Dr. Nachaliel has an MA in biology and has ordination from the Beit Midrash for Israeli Rabbis. She led the education department at Midreshet Oranim, where she developed content and facilitated study in identity, culture, gender, community, and social justice. Nira lives in Mitzpe Netofa, she is married, and has five children.

Steve was raised in a Conservative home in the United States and made aliyah with his family in 1977. He is a certified accountant and has spent most of his career in the financial and hi-tech sectors. He lives on Kibbutz Hannaton and his philosophy is that one should never take oneself too seriously.

Bushra makes things happen. She headed a school, founded an employment center for at-risk youth, and integrated Arab female teachers into the high-tech sector. Bushra has a BA in Computer Engineering, an MA in Educational Counseling, and is completing a doctorate in Conflict Resolution. She is married to Kamal and they have three children.

Raya manages the nonprofit Families of the Helicopter Disaster, she is a founding member of Kibbutz Alumim, and helped establish Kiryat Tivon’s cross-sector Metarim School. Raya holds a BA in Literature and Theater and is a certified group facilitator. She is married to Yossi and they have four children.

Michal grew up in the Conservative movement in Israel. She coordinated programming at Shatil and worked in environmental education at the SPNI. Michal lives in Hannaton with her family and she believes in creating a healthy and benevolent society.

Bosmat worked for many years as the finance and payroll manager at Kibbutz Yagur and in a women’s therapeutic community for addiction. A member of Kibbutz Yagur, Bosmat is married and is a mother of three children.

A graduate of Cohort Six Mechina Gap Year and Cohort One of Hannaton’s Second Year Mechina Program. Yuval was a commander in the Search and Rescue Brigade. She was born in Ashkelon and currently lives in Givat Ela.

Shahori has maintained Hannaton’s facilities with dedication for over a decade. He lives in Bir al-Maksur, he is married, and is a father of six children. He believes in shared societal goals and giving to others.

Amal has been a dedicated member of staff for a decade. She lives in Bir al-Maksur, she is married, and is a mother of five children.

Udi is an entrepreneur, educator, and team facilitator. He has a BA in Social Sciences and Humanities, and an MA in Political Science from the University of Haifa. Udi was the head of Mechinat Arava at Paran.

Menachem is a Haredi rabbi and a beloved teacher at Hannaton since 2012. He has decades of experience working in formal and informal education with a wide variety of people and communities. He founded and managed a software company and a nonprofit raising awareness of parental alienation.
